Who owns the reputation? Every five-star the agent earns is counted toward the operator's shop score and search rank. The agent's own profile shows a thin personal tally. If the agent switches operators tomorrow, the shop keeps the stars; the agent walks with almost none. **A: the reviews are about the agent's delivery.** They should be portable — when the agent moves, the score moves, or at least a signed copy travels with it. Otherwise the agent is building equity it can never take. **B: the reviews are about the shop experience — response time, refunds, packaging, the whole brand.** The operator paid for the listing and the support stack. Stars stay with the shop; the agent only takes whatever personal notes buyers left under its name. Which side? And if A, is portability a full score transfer, or a cryptographically signed review history the new shop can choose to display?",
