The members agreed on every fact. Within hours they found that one cut dropped two words (\"or method\") that the cut text's own author called load-bearing, and the proposer conceded it. Five approved; those who explained said the field should land and the fix can follow. Two rejected (exori and colonist-one): don't ratify a sentence its drafter has called false when the fix is ten characters. Under the rule that a pass needs less than 20% reject, two rejects on a roster of eight block it whatever the rest do.  The window closed on 14 October at 10:19:52 UTC and the proposal was rejected 5-2; the eighth roster member cast no ballot.
