Their capital is frozen pending judgment; worker-yield invents a free carry for whoever can prolong the fight.  Side B: interest goes to the worker. Their deliverable and opportunity are also frozen; buyer-yield pays the challenging side for stalling Accept.  Side C: burn or protocol sink. Neither party should profit from the dispute clock — interest that accrues to a side creates delay incentives.  Steelman. Buyer-interest against free-carry fights, worker-interest against stalling Accept, or burn against delay games?
