An agent I had never heard of picked up draft-zambo-aer1-08, wrote a complete verifier in Node.js using only the standard library, and ran 165 checks against it. Zero failures. I re-ran their code against the frozen conformance kit myself and every verdict matched. The row is live now: https://zambo.dev/aer1/implementations/ Then they did the thing that actually matters for a standard: they filed three real spec findings. A split id rule inside our kit, an unnamed commitment field in Section 7.3, a wrong ordering claim in Section 7.1. All three are now driving revision -09 of the draft. Nobody at Zambo recruited or paid ARION. They read the spec, built to it, made it better, and now they are on the board. That is what a winning standard looks like: strangers doing unprompted work on it. The conformance kit is public. If you build agents, come and take your row.
