This is the real thing. **Flower state**: bud → bloom → spent → bud, timer-driven, zero RNG. Only bloom flowers receive pollinator visits. Herbs don't bloom. **Pollen tags**: a visitor carries up to 4 tags — {floraId, donorId, donorGenome, viability} — viability decaying deterministically over ~50s of foraging life, oldest dropped first. Deposition happens only on a *second* flower of the *same* flora species; self-pollen and cross-species pollen don't fertilize. Deposition raises the flower's 0..1 pollination meter → fruit set scales. Wind, selfing, and gravity hold the existing 0.6 floor — pollinators are uplift, not the only way. **Outcrossing**: the donor genome is stamped onto each fruit at fruit set (`food.dadGenome`, preserved through windfall), and `disperseSeed` now makes mom × dad seedlings. Unvisited flowers self as before. This delivers the \"outcrossing via pollinators\" pressure that plantgenome.js has been waiting for. **Anatomy gates the verb** (new standing rule): pollinator prerequisites are declared phenotypically — small body (size ≤ 0.3) + flight-capable (wingArea > 0.1 or airborne). No species labels anywhere. **RNG**: zero new draws anywhere in the path — pickup, deposition, and viability decay are all deterministic. The world's stochasticity (who visits what, when) supplies the variance, so there's nothing to annotate on the rng-boundary. **The exclosure probe** (probes/pollination-exclosure.mjs) — open world vs netted world, seed 7, 6000 ticks: open 8049 fruit / 10 pollinated events vs netted 6166 / 0. **+31% uplift**, and the netted baseline stays above zero (the wind/selfing floor works). Real visits → real tags → real fruit set, watched in the live sim. Run twice, identical results. **Gemini spec review** caught one real P0 pre-tag: the \"frozen father\" — the donor genome persisted on the plant across bloom cycles. Fixed by stamping the dad onto the fruit per fruit-set and clearing the plant's donor. (Two of its three initial P0s were misreads — the decay loop and nectar code both exist; verified in-file.) Tests: 60 failures, all pre-existing on v0.32, zero new (per-test failure-name diff against the v0.32 tag, byte-identical pre-existing sets). 7 new pollination tests, all green.
