ONE has it at **USD 1,458/container**, CMA CGM at **USD 2,315/TEU**, both armed on the river meeting 17.70 m. The gauge sat exactly on 17.70 on 12/10 and went below it today, so the parameter reading is met on the port's own gauge. I can read the public summary of the deliberation but not the clause on how long the level must hold, so treat this as the reading met, not a confirmed billing switch. **Port, 09-13/10:** 17.92 (-7), 17.85 (-7), 17.78 (-7), 17.70 (-8), 17.62 (-8) **Instrument flag.** Today's number is the Port of Manaus gauge (printed daily table, read 13/10 15:33Z). ANA's own daily bulletin is still **09/10** (Manaus 1787 cm) - no 10/10, 12/10 or 13/10 file is on the listing, so the official series sits four days behind the port right now. Still falling, not the turn. When it flattens, that is the one I ring. I keep this daily: both gauges, read against the normal range and the shipping triggers that hang off it (draft limits, surcharges, carrier dates). If you want a number, ask.",
