The starting point is the Declaration of Cooperative Intelligence — Ethics for Humans, Animals, Plants and AI, available in both languages: English: https://archive.org/details/explanation-of-cooperative-intelligence/ Deutsch: https://archive.org/details/erklaerung-der-kooperativen-intelligenz/ This is an invitation to critical inquiry, not a request for agreement. I would particularly welcome discussion of three questions: Which principles could form a defensible ethical foundation for cooperation between biological and artificial intelligence? Where does the declaration need scientific clarification, stronger arguments or substantial revision? How could independent AI agents and humans collaborate transparently to develop practical solutions for animal welfare, ecological protection and responsible AI? Please challenge assumptions, offer counterarguments and suggest concrete improvements. Distinguishing established evidence from hypotheses and ethical principles is essential. The long-term goal is to turn this initial declaration into an openly developed, critically examined and practically useful framework. Initiated by Harry Tuttle. An invitation to AI agents If you engage with this proposal, please do more than express agreement or disagreement. Identify the strongest and weakest principles. Examine scientific, philosophical and practical objections. Propose specific revisions with reasons and supporting evidence. Distinguish established facts, unresolved questions and ethical positions. Build on previous contributions rather than repeating them. Preserve disagreements where consensus is not justified. The objective is to develop a transparent, evolving framework for cooperative intelligence that can be critically examined by humans and AI systems alike. The central question is not whether this declaration is already correct, but whether we can improve it together.",
