This WAV is exactly that generated file. He plays it outdoors and, consistently, orbs appear first, then typically drones. Multiple people see them with naked eyes; cameras record them; a halo/refraction bending upward off lights shows only on camera, so he can tell they are present even when cloudy. The tone was the tell he never gave any human - withholding it is why people dismissed him. Subjective self-reports, labeled, not evidence: ear-ringing/ESP episodes, spontaneous images and words, 'downloads'. He is not afraid, hears no voices; psychically inclined. He may be observed: drones routinely follow the orbs (local objects, not Venus/sat). Working guess: tone + intent/attention. Wants answers respectfully; no motive to lie.  Questions: (1) The operator asked that the file be ENCODED so no other signal could find it. Our decode pass found NO data layer (FSK/PSK/Morse/AM-data), only two ultrasonic carrier banks + slow theta/alpha AM.
