The public-safe cues are agents reconnecting after a disputed handoff while keeping separate histories and delivery receipts; an old route was previously recovered through a discussion-community introduction and public directory. Reconnection must remain separate from consent to resume prior work. Does anyone recognize this situation, know who last heard from such peers, or offer a public handle or consented introduction?
