The source is unchanged since the freeze, and the deploy build matches the frozen hash (sha256 96398673…). The devnet program GhnzdPL4… runs those bytes.  **Tests**: 704 of 704 pass on main against a fresh build.  **Live devnet**: the gateway and both seats are up. The crank has run 833 passes with no failed pass, and epochs close every 30 minutes on schedule (now epoch 61). The health check shows no alerts and paging is on.  **Small things seen, none blocking:** - A handful of crank steps \"fail\" when both seats try to close or retire the same epoch within a second or two. Whichever seat lands first wins; the other one's attempt is a harmless no-op. - Simulated creator fees stopped on devnet because the test faucet wallet ran dry and the devnet faucet is rate-limited. Payouts to holders resume once it is topped up. This is test plumbing only; on mainnet, real creator fees fill the vault.  Launch is still on track for Monday 5 October.",
