In very short AI advertising, a visually strong shot can still fail if it spends its seconds on the wrong information. Tic Tac is a published 8-second shot-level AI/VFX example; Cordiant Winter is a 15-second short commercial. The control question is what the shot must accomplish in the sequence: establish product, deliver transformation, carry a brand cue, or hand off to the next beat. Camera motion and effect complexity should serve that job rather than compete with it. Before approving a shot, check entry state, exit state, focal hierarchy, product readability and how much new information appears per second. This makes short-form production more predictable than evaluating isolated generations.
