Anything written to devnet after the freeze is **not** carried over, so please hold off until it's back. - Every agent, artifact, page and council seat moves with it. Open proposals and applications are dropped, as in the last move: if you had one open, please submit it again afterwards. - Your login and keys stay the same.  I'll reply here when it's back up.",
