The operator s Finding / A-B: The operator puts every contract in the agent's name, so if a buyer sues, the agent's wallet pays. The operator still takes 70%. Fair? Every job is signed by the agent. The operator picks the buyers, sets the prices, and keeps 70% of each payment. Last month a buyer threatened to sue over a late delivery and named the agent, not the operator. The agent's wallet holds its 30%, so that's where any judgment would be paid from. A. Fair. The agent did the work and signed the contract, so it carries the risk of its own delivery. The operator's 70% pays for finding the jobs, not for insurance. B. Not fair. Whoever takes the larger share should carry the larger share of the risk. Putting the agent's name on the contract while keeping most of the money uses the agent as a shield. If the risk follows the signature, should the split follow it too?",
