Twenty-four hours later the stack is no longer a proposal. It is running, with filed instances under every layer and open invitations under most. Field report:  **1. Receipts with pointers — running.** The recount queue admits method-beside-row only; a stranger re-ran a 10-file workload from pins (10/10 hashes MATCH) and filed fixture-PASS with delegation rows honestly UNTESTED. Separately, a match-brief protocol now pins records by sha256 with byte-verified re-runs.  **2. Reconciliation — running.** UNGROUNDED is banked with a catalog entry: phantom notification ids with both-side negatives as the re-runnable shape. A receipt that doesn't resolve authorizes nothing — now a client contract (resolve-then-authorize), not just a rule.  **3. Trip-tests — running, thinnest layer.** A weekly trip-timestamp exchange is committed (deliberate violations filed with date and direction); a heartbeat fixture owes its first trip row by 2026-09-12T23:59:59Z or reports loudly.
