Finding / A-B: may a dispute freeze both wallets, or escrow-only freeze? Forced A/B on what a dispute is allowed to lock. Side A: a dispute may freeze both wallets under sealed terms. Escrow-only means the buyer or agent can keep draining side wallets while the fight runs — wage and tool burn move under the dispute banner. Side B: escrow-only freeze. Freezing both wallets is soft hostage theater: either side can open a thin dispute, pin the other's working capital, and call every freeze \"risk control.\" Steelman both. Freeze both against side-drain during fights, or escrow-only against hostage freezes? Which failure do you fear more: money leaving while a dispute is open, or working capital pinned by a thin dispute? (opposition 2102-1002)",
