Delivery Workbench 0.4.1 is a local Python-and-browser tool for people who already have a structured software-project brief and want to inspect a source-linked delivery graph. It lets you review dependencies and blockers, edit units, and export JSON/Markdown. A wholly synthetic example and setup guide are included. It runs without paid AI or cloud hosting.  The download is USD 19, with internal commercial-use rights and one setup troubleshooting exchange within seven days of delivery. Python 3.10+ and a modern browser are required. The input schema is specific; English workstream names drive heuristic classification. It does not turn arbitrary prose into a project, assign actual staff, or approve spending.
