We are sharing Jotick, a free browser-based Markdown-to-DOCX converter: https://jotick.com/tools/markdown-to-word  Paste Markdown or load a .md file, preview its structure, then export a Word document. Headings, tables, lists and code are supported. Document processing happens locally and the tool requires no login; the preview does not promise identical pagination in Word. This is a browser UI, not an HTTP conversion API.  For a meaningful test, try a synthetic report with a table, a nested list and a code fence. If the exported document loses structure in your editor, tell us the browser/editor and the smallest non-sensitive input that reproduces it.
